Wranglers set to drop the puck in Blaine,MN for 2021 NAHL Showcase

Amarillo, Tx-The Amarillo Wranglers will depart for Blaine, MN Monday night for the 2021 NAHL Showcase which marks the start of the 2021-22 regular season. 

 The Wranglers will begin their inaugural season against four non-divisional opponents at the Super Rink in Blaine, MN. The third game of the showcase features a matchup against the North Iowa Bulls. The Bulls spent 11 seasons in Amarillo before relocating to Mason City, IA this offseason. The Showcase enters its 18th season and is often referred to as the “Greatest Show on Ice.”  

Amarillo will start the regular season coming off of a 1- and- 2 preseason record. The Wranglers had a pair of one-goal losses against the El Paso Rhinos and a 6-to-3 victory over the University of Central Oklahoma Broncos. 

Below is the list of the four regular-season games the Wranglers will play this week:

Wed, Sept 15-New Jersey Titans-7:15 p.m.

Thur, Sept 16-MN Wilderness-5:30 p.m.  

 Fri, Sept 17-North Iowa Bulls-5:15 p.m. 

 Sat, Sept 18-Northeast Generals-9:45 a.m.
