  • The Amarillo Civic Center has established a Clear Bag Policy. For full Amarillo Civic Center rules & regulations, visit their site here.
  • Ticket Pick-Up: The main box office can be found at entrance #2, this box office is open normal hours Monday-Saturday 12-6pm and remains open until the start of the game on game days. There is an additional box office, inside entrance #8 that opens at 6pm on game day. 
  • Parking: Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lots pictured below. Parking lots labeled with blue are our recommended parking lots closest to the Budweiser Bullpen, but the red lot or anything on the west side of the building is great overfill parking.                                                                                            
  • Getting into the Budweiser Bullpen: Entrances #5, #7 and #8 will get you onto the concourse the fastest, but all entrances of the Civic Center lead to the Budweiser Bullpen.
  • Photography: though photography is allowed in the Budweiser Bullpen, no flash may be used. The official photographer of the Amarillo Wranglers is LoCo Photography.   • On the concourse: The Trading Post is the official source of Amarillo Wranglers merchandise, you can find it on the north end of the concourse next to the Customer Service booth. Shop our many vendors on the concourse or grab a treat on your way back to your seat!
  • How the game will run: 6pm – doors open | 6:40 – warm ups begin | 7:14 – puck drop | first period – 20 minutes | intermission | 2nd period – 20 minutes | CHUCK-A-PUCK during 2nd intermission | 3rd period – 20 minutes
    • If the 3rd period ends in a tie, the teams enter a 5-minutes 3-on-3 sudden death overtime period
    • If the overtime period ends in a tie, the teams enter a shootout
  • What is CHUCK-A-PUCK: an amazing opportunity to win prizes during 2nd intermission of each game. You can purchase your foam pucks at the customer service booth. During the 2nd intermission, we will place large targets on the ice. The closet puck to each bullseye, wins the prize from that sponsor!
  • Ice skating after the game: Did you know you can skate with the Wranglers after the game? Purchase your skate pass ($10) at the customer service booth and pick your skates up downstairs after the game. The line to pick up skates forms at the conclusion of the game at the north end of the concourse. Bring your own skates for faster access to the ice.
