Gordon Bell

Gordon Bell grew up in Westlock, Alberta, just north of Edmonton, and brings more than three decades of hockey experience as a player, coach, and development professional. Gordon played 16 years of junior, college, and professional hockey, including two seasons with the Amarillo Gorillas, where he served as both Assistant Captain and Captain. His playing career provided him with experience at multiple levels of the game and helped shape his passion for player development.

Following his playing career, Gordon transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach for two years with the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL and two years with the Oklahoma City Jr. Blazers of the WSHL. He also spent three years coaching with the Dallas Stars Elite Girls Program, working with and developing young female hockey players.

Gordon has also dedicated significant time to hockey development through his ownership of Bellz Edge Elite Hockey Camp, which he has operated for 15 years. The program has grown to include three permanent locations across Canada and has provided players with specialized training and development opportunities. Gordon’s extensive experience as a player, coach, and hockey educator gives him a well-rounded perspective on the game and a strong commitment to helping players reach their full potential.
