Wranglers Name Guy Chiarenza Director of Broadcasting & Media

Amarillo, TX – The Amarillo Wranglers have named Guy Chiarenza the team’s new Play-by-Play Broadcaster and Director of Media & Broadcasting ahead of the 2023-24 NAHL season.

“I am beyond excited to join the Amarillo Wranglers and become the voice of this great organization,” said Chiarenza. “I look forward to immersing myself in the community and creating exciting content that will give fans an opportunity to get to know our coaches and players better and get an inside look at Wranglers hockey.” 

A Utah native, Chiarenza comes to Amarillo after spending the last two years in the broadcast booth with the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL, providing color commentary and intermission analysis as well as content creation. Chiarenza graduated from the University of Utah in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Chiarenza will make his broadcast debut at the NAHL Showcase on September 13th when the Wranglers take on the Janesville Jets.
